The advantages of amino acid chelated minerals
Amino acid chelated minerals are easily absorbed by the human body due to their low molecular weight and true covalent chemical structure. The absorption efficiency of amino acid chelated calcium is 60%-80% higher than that of common calcium salts and 60% higher than the calcium in milk. The biological utilization rate of amino acid chelated zinc is 200%-300% higher than that of zinc salts and 200% higher than methylpyridine zinc.
